charge an arm and a leg for same service as anywhere else...got same thing done for more than half the price.
Recently had Fibercare out to clean our hardwood floors as well as a chair and ottoman. The service personnel called when they were heading our way, were friendly, and provided exceptional service. Highly recommended!

Fibercare came out to clean our couch and loveseat upholstery. They did an okay job. Most the stains did not come out and can still be seen slightly. Maybe that's normal, I don't know. This is the first time we tried Fibercare. They completely forgot to move a cushion and did not clean the top part of one of them. My husband asked them to come out to finish the job, and the woman said "we're not coming out again" and "we didn't charge you enough the first time" and that they came out to do a "light cleaning".
