I’m a former lead employee. New management took place about 10 years ago and the new management effected any good momentum the company had. Fibercare “had” a lot of Marriott chains undercontract between 2002-2009. The equipment to do the job correctly slowly got worse. The truck mounts were constantly breaking down. The overall reputation of the company went the wrong way. I was the clean up guy. I did mostly redues, a redue is nessary when the first crew got kicked out or did a fast horrible job.
