We have used the service of Fiber-Seal several times and they have always been on time, efficient, and professional. They do a great job and get rid of any stain
I assumed that the cleaning and sealing would cover each upholstered piece in its entirety, not just the cushions.
Wonderful experience with Fiber-Seal of the Lowcountry. Chap and team were professional, courteous and extremely knowledgeable. We had a few spot stains that needed to get taken care of, and before we decided to buy new rugs we gave this group the opportunity to do their best, and thankfully we will not be buying any new rugs! Will be using and recommending this team again in the future.
Hard to say enough good things about this company, their people, and their service. FiberSeal stepped up for me after suddenly and shockingly loosing my pet last week. They got here quickly, and did a job I simply couldn’t do myself. Thank you FiberSeal for making this incredibly tough time in my life just a little bit easier.
Very informative on care of rugs and upholstery including step by step instructions based on type of spill or stain and leaving a kit with all the product needed. And knowing they come out if needed for tricky stains is comforting!
