Very professional, efficient and friendly
Excellent service! I had a white couch and chairs I routinely had cleaned and treated and they lasted over 20 years. If you invest in nice furniture/rugs and have a lot of traffic at your house, they are invaluable. Included is spot cleaning for up to a year after. Polite and professional.
Fiber Seal was prompt, courteous and thorough. They will be our first call should we require fabric cleaning in the future.
The first time we had the company out, they did not explain effectively the expectations we were to have on our sofa. Subsequently, the owner came to address the issues and explained how our expectations should have been addressed on their first visit. We were happy that they addressed our issue and they even attempted to clean the sofa a second time. They were professional in the way they conducted themselves and we appreciate the time they spent working with us.
