I've used this company for 4 years. It's a great Long Island based family company. Consistently the owner answers the phone after the first ring! He's incredibly responsive and hands-on. Anytime I send a cast and he has questions he calls me prior to making any assumptions. He is quick to answer my questions as well. The quality of his products are top-tier. I have started using his company exclusively for all of my orthotics. Thank you Allen!
Absolutely horrendous product and service. I was told it would be a 3-4 week turnaround for an orthotic insert, but it took 10 weeks and was a total mismatch for my foot. Multiple sizes too small and with the glue holding the insert together already falling apart. Ridiculously unethical and unprofessional quality for a medical device that people depend on. Shame on you.
