Disorganized mismanagement. Miscommunication. Management and supervisors don't care about the employees . management and supervisors will lie to the employees as well as the HR lady named Arlene. Pay is ok definitely could be better. Work is fair. 48 hrs work schedule but you could also work Fridays as well. 12 hrs shifts will wear ya down no matter who ya are. My opinion I would highly recommend not working here.

FIT cant even schedule a interview successfully so my interview was put off at last minute for the next day. The person I was supposed to interview with didnt even show up the following day, either. Also, they don't want a worker, they want someone to play with. Management can't acquire friends in public so they try to harvest them in job interviews instead of putting people to work.
