As far as unloading, it has taken a little bit of time, about 45 minutes to get started, not the end of the world. The people here seem really nice, and the property is clean with an outhouse, so that's nice. If you're heading north on 23 there is a road just before the left turn that cuts the super sharp corner off, I suggest taking that. There may be overnight parking available if you ask, there's a pretty big lot here. Was told they start up pretty early, 5 or 6am.
