James is awesome at what he does. He made sure that our carpet was clean. Unfortunately our stain didn't come out the first time. But James came back and sprayed it down again. He even called to make sure that it came out the second time. For a stubborn stain, he is your man! James is such a great guy. I never felt uneasy about him being around. My wife and I have had Fiber Care Plus clean our carpets for the last 3 years and they have never looked better! We both have allergy's and a cat, so its very important for us to have a qualified IICRC certified cleaner to keep us happy and more importantly healthy. James is very personable, knowledgeable, and offers a wide range of abilities to keep our carpets & upholstery just like new.
We have had Fiber Care Plus clean our home and office carpets several times over the past several years. We just had our home carpets cleaned again on August 7, 2013 and the carpets look great, VERY PROFESSIONAL service, we will use them again and recommend FCP to friends.
