At the beginning of the season the pellets are good and have a red ish color and one 40lb bag will be about 2 inches from the top of the hopper full. By the mid to end of winter you get a bag full of tan colored shake pieces that one bag will almost not fit, like I have to fight it to get it in there, meaning for the same 40lbs the volume is much larger meaning the density is far worse. I've been using their pellets for 10 years now I've had extreme luck with them for 10 years now I buy them at family farm and home in Wayland Michigan this year I bought my pellets again from family farm and home and my one skid that I have is full of bags that have swelled up ends that are all compacted together and hard because some dummy at your company decided to put holes in the bags so they could breathe 10 years I haven't had holes in the bags and they didn't need to breathe why is the need now for them to breathe fam... read more
Amazing employees
We trucked ProPellets to many places in Michigan, to dealers and people that wanted quality product. Trying our second pellet stove this year. Definitely will be finding ProPellets. From what we remember pellets are all hardwood, and much of it come from H&M pallets in Holton Michigan.
