I accidentally placed an order on doordash for pick up on my phone (wanted to check promotion on another tab and compare pricing but somehow order was place) and it wont allow me to cancel for a refund because it says restaurant is already prepping. I called the restaurant IMMEDIATELY and they said they cant cancel it on their end (which is a lie because my family owns restaurants and use doordash) but whatever I went with it. I ordered on Uber eats. My order was 64$ for Alfredo and 20 wings ..fine ,but they didn't send 1 fork or napkin..I called the store they said if u order from Uber eats doordash etc.they dont send folks or napkins .I DONT CARE IF I ORDER FROM SPACE .I STILL NEED TO EAT THE ALFREDO AND WIPE MY HANDS FOR THE HONEY BARBEQUE THE GARLIC PARM AND ALFREDO SMH ..I NEVER HEARD SUCH A THING..

The Alfredo used to be sooo good I’m not sure what happened! It’s like they have more sauce on the plate than noodles and chicken. So disappointing. This happened the last 3 times I came. I specifically said don’t make it too saucy.
