I brought my fiat 500 in for regular service and was treated very nicely. Alex took the time to explain to me what would be done and what the costs were and was very clear and kind. He even got some water and helped arrange an Uber ride for me to and from the dealership. I really appreciate the service here, thank you.

I had to tow my Fiat 500X into the dealership because the car would not recognize my keys or start. The team diagnosed the issue as water corrosion on the Radio Frequency Hub Module. Alessandro (Alex) was extremely helpful throughout the entire process and took the time to keep me consistently updated on the repairs. I really appreciated his clear communication, professionalism and kindness. It made a frustrating experience much easier. Highly recommended!
