I had to tow my Fiat 500X into the dealership because the car would not recognize my keys or start. The team diagnosed the issue as water corrosion on the Radio Frequency Hub Module. Alessandro (Alex) was extremely helpful throughout the entire process and took the time to keep me consistently updated on the repairs. I really appreciated his clear communication, professionalism and kindness. It made a frustrating experience much easier. Highly recommended!

This dealership doesn’t honour the price as laid out by their own website. We went in intending to buy a Fiat 500e the same day and were initially quoted about $8000 above their final advertised website price. Then they brought the price down and we were still quoted about $3000 over their website price, including taxes (and yes we carefully read all the fine print of what was and was not included in the website price). Absolutely Horrendous Experience – Avoid at All Costs! I have never encountered such appalling service in my life. The staff here are utterly indifferent to their customers, displaying a shocking lack of responsibility and professionalism. They provided me with incorrect information, and when confronted, they showed no interest in rectifying their mistake.
