After more than 2 months, I still do not have my tags. We bought a NEW car. There is no reason why it should take this long. Every message we leave, goes unanswered. Last Thursday, the GM, Brian told us he would overnight a new temporary tag. It's Monday and we have nothing but an expired tag. He said once again, he'll check on it. Hours later, no message, no call. So fed up! My personalized plates are sitting at the Rockwall Tax office but I can't get them until I get my originals from the dealership. Never again!
I had a horrible experience with this dealer. I am a US Army Veteran and I would never recommend this dealer to anyone. I had face the following issues with them: The Sales man, have not fix any of the issues he told he would fix in the car. Like dents, Crack windshield. The finance department will try to force you to use their bank which was 2.5 % APR above my bank. They will not tell you the true at all. Don't trust them. Be careful dealing with these guys. While sitting down with financial we agree to $3000 down and 72 months. The financial guy wrote the paperwork up at 75 months. His response was my mistake, you signed the contract. So I'm paying about $1200 more than I negotiated for. Check very closely for dents and dings. The car I bought had 30 miles and 2 door dings and dents on the wheels. They also ran mine and my wife's credit 3 times. We had no idea that it would be run more than once.
Do not buy a car from this dealership. I purchased a 2012 Audi S4 in August of 2017. I bought the vehicle with roughly 70k miles. Less than 4 months later and no more than 5k miles driven by me the transmission went out. After several independent diagnostics in Austin where I reside it was determined that the Transmission could not be repaired and would require a brand new certified Audi transmission.
