Trip though Fort Dodge on route to Illinois developed a significant problem with our 2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee, called service at 8 am to arrange a service time, no one would take my call, sales picked up and took a message. No callback 45 mins later, I called back another message taken, no call back. Seems breaking down in Fort Dodge is not gonna get you any help from Fort Dodge Chrysler Dodge any time soon. No call back 12 hours later. Thanks for nothing! Service level

UPDATE: I edited this review as the company had contacted us to let us know how this service does not reflect who they are and that they wanted to help make it right by returning the 2nd deductible. We respect and appreciate them reaching out so quickly to take steps and resolve the issue. Unfortunately we were caught in the peak of their personnel and company changes and ended up not getting the service expected of them. Joe, Chris, and Angela were extremely kind and helpful. Joe answered all our questions and showed us all the details of the vehicle we ended up purchasing. Chris made the purchase process easy. I would highly recommend Fort Dodge Jeep & Ram.
I had two Jeep Wave oil changes left. I didn't want to get my oil changed at Hometown Motors of Rockwell City. Due to them using the cheapest oil. I called a talk with Chris. He was so nice and kind on the phone. He informed me I could bring to Fort Dodge Jeep Ram for my oil change to use my Jeep wave. I highly recommend driving to them for all services needs. Very professional answer all my questions. It's is worth driving from Rockwell City to Fort Dodge to get an oil change. Thank to everyone at the service department.
