Went in to look at their 2012 Dodge Challenger. They were asking way too much for it. I told them what I was willing to pay and I was rather firm on my offer - it was a good offer considering I can get a 2013 for cheaper, but I really liked their 2012. Had the WORST experience at this dealership. Spent over 5 hours there to get one simple warranty part fixed that had been diagnosed and part ordered in my prior 2 hour visit there. Repair guy was incredibly rude and even CHOOSE to work on other cars before mine. When he finally started on mine, I asked for an update after it came down off the lift and was told he still needed 30 more minutes. They couldn't give me an answer as to why after being there 5 hours and my car now being down off the lift, he was CHOOSING to again w... read more
