I do not understand who designed there services department. But from i understand you park, then wait outside in the heat until someone wants to help you. After 10 minutes in the Louisiana heat I was done. Wish I never bought a truck from this place.
Imagine the worst possible experience you could have at a car dealership, then double it. I flew in from ND to purchase a 2016 Corvette z06. I put a $5,000 deposit down, which was refundable under the circumstances I found any issues with the car. Because I was unable to look at the vehicle in person before putting down a deposit, I had several FaceTime calls with the salesman, as well as numerous pictures sent to me. Would like to thank Dale Cummins for his assistance and professionalism in making our deal possible. I feel he went above and beyond to make things happen and to make sure we were happy and comfortable with our deal. Not many places have employees who will go above and beyond for their customers. If you need a vehicle he’s the man to see!
They have the worst customer service and communication skills. My jeep was in their shop for almost two months and not ONCE could I get the service advisor or service manager to answer their phones. I was told that they “don’t have voicemails” and that the service advisor turns her phone volume off. Day after day I had to just show up to the dealership to get an update, only to be told that they were too short staffed to look at it or that they just couldn’t figure out the problem.
