Horrible experience. Try to charge for basic services that other hyundai dealerships do not. Do services that you tell them that you don't want and try to charge. Absolutely horrible and will never spend another penny with them. I will gladly drive an hour and a half to give my money to Giles hyundai over 15 minutes to give interstate hyundai a penny. Absolutely horrible!!!!!!!!!!!!
Purchased a used 2018 Chevrolet 2500 on Saturday, within an hour of driving home the truck shut down and went into limp mode resulting in having to tow the truck home and going straight to a repair shop. After multiple attempts to contact anyone about this I have been left behind by Interstate Dodge. In my book, stay far away from this dealership.
I went in to look at vehicle with the dealer. The initial salesperson was fine. I showed up and was greeted accordingly. I looked the vehicle over but was not allowed to test drive because and I quote “the sales manager says it can’t leave the lot” I offered for manager to come drive the vehicle. I brought a dodge hornet from the store in Natchez (wasn’t to happy about having an electric vehicle )but it was durable because my yukonxl motor was gone .icestorm hit here in Monroe and the only place I can go to get a charge on the phone and heat from my little one was my nice brand new car well,I’m at the hospital because I’m sick my kids are sitting in the car with my oldest daughter and bammmmmm…..vehicle just stops vehicle sat at st Francis for 4days because they wouldn’t tow it I had to pay someone to tow it to deale... read more
