I’ve worked with Jonathan for my last few service appointments, and he’s been amazing every time! He’s super knowledgeable, communicates clearly, and always makes sure my Fiat 500X is in great shape before I leave. Highly recommend asking for Jonathan when you visit Golling!
scheduled an appt, showed them exactly what needed to be fixed with a picture. Still charged me a $200+ diagnostic fee. They ordered the “correct part” but the wrong one arrived. They removed my oil change sticker from my windshield for some reason. Fixed the initial problem (headlight until replacement), week later my opposing bulb went out. Avoid working with Mike Belzyt in the service department. He ordered me a part and stated it was back ordered. I would call/email semi-regularly over a 2 month period. Each time he told me no update and the part was still back ordered. I couldn't wait any longer and decided to get a refund. While i was getting my refund, the parts department they told me this part was received 2 weeks after I ordered it. Mike totally dropped the ball.
