I have a 2016 500x fiat and Ive been looking to get it serviced for awhile now I thought it would be a great idea to go to the car's actual company to get it serviced possibly even good deal anyways I called the service today at 4pm (2/25) and the service guy was pretty rude I told him I went to get it checked by another dealership and I have all the service list that needs to be done and he cut me off saying that he NEEDS to see the vehicle and I said if it can be checked today or Friday he answered rudely "NoT tHiS fRidAy"... read more
About a year and some change ago I went to 5 different car lots that couldn't help me with my budget and since I had no credit they all turned me down except here I got into a car same day 12 on time payments later and I traded it back in to get a 2024 truck within our budget again
Do not go to this car dealership. Yes the vehicle works fine, but customer service is incredibly lacking. Still have not received my registration months later.. took it in for the complimentary detailing and they had me in the lobby for four hours, they only ran a hose over the exterior and stole the unopened drinks we left in the car, thank God I took my wallet and gun out.
