Do not go to this car dealership. Yes the vehicle works fine, but customer service is incredibly lacking. Still have not received my registration months later.. took it in for the complimentary detailing and they had me in the lobby for four hours, they only ran a hose over the exterior and stole the unopened drinks we left in the car, thank God I took my wallet and gun out. Worse dealership there is. I got a car from them, within the first week it broke down. They refused to pick it up, only saying they'll send a tow truck out soon. I had to pay out of pocket to get it fix at a different place. Now its on the verge of breaking down again due to a bad fuel pump. They sold me a messed up car and cant even help fix it.
If i could give zero stars i would. Due to one piece of worthless flesh. Bought my 2016 BMW for $16,000 on December 15th because I'm disabled and was desperate for a vehicle to meet my family for Xmas. Put my last $1000 down on the car and $400 for insurance. I get paid once a month from social security so I don't have another cent to fix the repairs myself. The service manager, JOHNNY, decided no repairs are urgent.
