If I can leave a 0 review right now I would. They sold me a truck knowing it was going to be a hotshot truck. Its a lemon. They did not do an alignment as they said they did. I paid out of pocket for the alignment and 2 new steer tires, that was over $600. Then it broke down out of state 620 miles away. Cost almost $1600 out of pocket, then broke down again, paid out of pocket to fix that. They stated it just had an oil change, it did not. Still had more problems. A friend of mine bought a dually from them bought a warranty, not even 2 weeks after buying it ,it overheats , takes it up there ,service manager , and general manager assure him warranty will cover it , we'll get a new motor put in 1 to 7 business days ,now their telling him they've got to have a tech look at it ..... tik tock ,clocks ticking ,now he's losing thousands of dollars a day whilst they apparently lied to him... definitely won't be buying my next dually from them
I dropped off my 2011 dodge ram 3500 on Tuesday and spoke with the manager and service manager about the overheating issues. I was told in person they found coolant in the heads and were going to be doing a motor swap. Fast forward to today. I've been informed they now are going to have a different mechanic look at it on Monday to be sure that's what it needs. I bought my car through them less than 2 years ago and last month my air compressor went out, I called on April 16th asking about my warranty and was on the phone with them being transferred back and forth between a salesman and a service member they pulled my information and contract and I gave them the mileage on my car and both men said that even though my mileage was out of warranty they would still cover it and to bring it in on April 23rd.
