I'm a 53 year old retired individual who lives in Worcester ,Massachusetts. Last Wed December 10th ,I went to Contemporary Motors to look at a 2024 F250 I'd seen advertised on the net. I met salesperson Mike M, and took a test drive; everything went well. As we pulled back into the dealership and I put the car in park, Mike mentioned they did not have the title to this vehicle yet. An embarrassment of every cliché you hear about car dealerships. Bait and switch tactics, poorly trained sales associates, misleading advertisements and more! I made an appointment to see a vehicle and the sales rep was 25 min late. I was lied to by everyone that I spoke with as to where he was and why he was late. First it was he was out gassing up the vehicle then it was the vehicle ran out of gas and then when the rep finally showed up he told me that the battery died because the car ran out of gas.
