Jeffrey Moreno was a pleasure to work with. Drove all the way from the Jacksonville area to look at 2 used cadillacs. He had them both out front waiting for me to test drive. Ended up negotiating a fair price on one. Paperwork was quick and easy. In and out within a few hours. Best used car experience I have had in a long time.
Should NOT even be 1 star! My husband thought he'd bought his dream car, but it turned out to be a nightmare! He didn't even get to drive it 2 weeks when coming from work the clutch pedal went to the floor on a very busy road! We had it towed, it literally took under 5 mins for the mechanic to see the problem! The clutch master cylinder had fluid the color of tea & the cap & boot inside was bulging & warped! My son and I visited the dealership to look at and test drive a 2023 Hyundai Santa Fe. After the test drive, my son decided to make an offer, and after some negotiation, we reached a deal. As part of the agreement, the dealer promised two sets of keys, floor mats, and window tinting for the front driver and passenger windows.
