I went to test drive a GMC Yukon Denali because it was the closest one to me. As soon as I walked in Jeffrey Moreno greeted me politely but not overwhelmingly. Slowest place to take your car to get fixed ever and pricey too.
Jeffrey Moreno was a pleasure to work with. Drove all the way from the Jacksonville area to look at 2 used cadillacs. He had them both out front waiting for me to test drive. Ended up negotiating a fair price on one. Paperwork was quick and easy. In and out within a few hours. Best used car experience I have had in a long time.
Should NOT even be 1 star! My husband thought he'd bought his dream car, but it turned out to be a nightmare! He didn't even get to drive it 2 weeks when coming from work the clutch pedal went to the floor on a very busy road! We had it towed, it literally took under 5 mins for the mechanic to see the problem! The clutch master cylinder had fluid the color of tea & the cap & boot inside was bulging & warped!
