Jeffrey Moreno was a pleasure to work with. Drove all the way from the Jacksonville area to look at 2 used cadillacs. He had them both out front waiting for me to test drive. Ended up negotiating a fair price on one. Paperwork was quick and easy. In and out within a few hours. Best used car experience I have had in a long time.
Should NOT even be 1 star! My husband thought he'd bought his dream car, but it turned out to be a nightmare! He didn't even get to drive it 2 weeks when coming from work the clutch pedal went to the floor on a very busy road! We had it towed, it literally took under 5 mins for the mechanic to see the problem! The clutch master cylinder had fluid the color of tea & the cap & boot inside was bulging & warped! My son and I visited the dealership to look at and test drive a 2023 Hyundai Santa Fe. After the test drive, my son decided to make an offer, and after some negotiation, we reached a deal. As part of the agreement, the dealer promised two sets of keys, floor mats, and window tinting for the front driver and passenger windows. Extremely incompetent service team. Came in with an appointment to get a tire rotation and oil change. Let them know I had an appointment to get to ahead of time. They said it should take two hours less as they are busy. 3 1/2 hours later I am waiting in lobby for my car to be finished! How terrible do you have to be at your job to take 3 1/2 hours to complete a simple tire rotation and oil change.
