My family doctor referred me to Dr. Fiano for some neuropsychological testing to rule out a couple of possible conditions that were puzzling him. Fortunately it all turned out fine. The appointment took a while to cover all the bases but Dr. Fiano was very patient, comfortable to talk to and made the testing pretty easy even though I was initially nervous about it. Very strange place. I attended here for a pre-employment screening and I must say that these people were incredible weird. I was slightly nervous for the guy to shut the door behind me because of the vibe that the male and female employees gave me. During my interview I felt as though I was on the stand in court. The lady went above and beyond what her duties are in this aspect.
Knowledgeable and helpful. Worked hard to help us find out what was going on with our mother and spent a lot of time going over all of the results. Very nice people!
There are many fine psychologists. She is not one of them. She's a straight up hired gun insurance hack with a creepy stare, a creepy man hanging around, and a condescending attitude.
I called to find out if they offered the services I was looking for, but the gentleman who answered the phone seemed to lack empathy and compassion for others. He had a condescending tone and was not sensitive to the situation I was seeking help for. First impression is a lasting impression. From this, I will not schedule with this office.
