Don't go there. It looks like you're in a meat factory and the staff will lie and the doctor will get you to sign anyway even if you've expressed concern that you don't they don't care about you at all and if you file a complaint it's not worth anything to them because they'll lie and say that you can consent when you didn't want to have anything done in the first place
Lot nurses females were nice but don't let them push anesthesia on you. I'm no a kid a piece of chocolate is not going to do anything for anything I want to. I did not want to be out but was put out anyway and I'm going to file a lawsuit have been abused and taken advantage of and I do not like being without clothing in front of anybody especially in public around people I don't know where room for males and I should not be hurting from my front half and I do not want to get taken advantage of and I don't like the idea of fe... read more

Great experience. Nothing but great experience. Easy access. Nurse, doctors and front desk staff were fantastic !! This is our 4th visit (multiple patients) and not a single bad experience
Most unprofessional place in Fort Smith!!! Doctor is great but the women behind the desk is rude and unprofessional!!! Do not have a Colonoscopy there! You have to be there hours before appointment with them knowing you've had nothing to eat or drink and then have to sit for 3 hours to be seen!!
