I do not recommend this shop. There are some decent dresses but the customer service is not good. Very poor communication regarding the appt, lack of follow up, and just plain unfriendly.
Fiancee bridal is nothing shy of amazing. Between the customer service, intimacy of each appointment, attention to detail for each bride, I could go on and on. Ally was extremely supportive, patient, and accommodating to each request. My dress and veil came out beautiful, I found the happier!!
If you’re still looking for their wedding dress, I highly recommended Fiancée Bridal Boutique in Boerne! I went to about 6 stores before this one and none of them compared. This store by far had the most beautiful dresses (in my opinion). The experience was also very warm and inviting, my consultant Alley was very helpful. They are size inclusive and welcoming.
