As a local business owner I hate to leave a negative review for another local business but when it’s deserved it needs to be seen and heard. We were quoted over the phone 190 a piece to repack the hydraulics on the arm of the bucket on our tractor. The bill should’ve been 740 for 4 of them instead they tell us it’s 1800 after repairing it with no additional work in the process of repairing them. Unfortunately Tractor Repairs Gone Wrong on my tractor..I won't go into any details.Sometimes it happens that way.When get 2 different shops working on problems.Been 2 years ago I ain't forgot.
These guys are awesome! Very professional, timely and good at what they do! Firouz stayed in touch with me throughout the process of some major repairs to my tractor and had it returned in top shape!!
Quality was good turnaround time was good price was double! Next time I’ll drive to Tyler…… This guy is extremely high
