Dr. Vida, is a wonderful, caring Doctor. Unfortunately, Tammy, cannot read or comprehend emails. I have had this issue with her 3 or 4 separate times. Tammy, also does not return phone calls. I don’t go to the doctor often, but when I do, Tammy the receptionist makes things so difficult. I will give you an example: Monda, I emailed Tammy and asked her to mail me my blood requisition because my printer was not working so I couldn’t print it off. I'm very happy with the care that both nurse Tammy & Dr. Vida give my mom, she is lucky to have them & gives me a sense of comfort that she is being so well looked after when I live over 2 hours away!
Dr Vidas staff does not reply to you and leaves everything up to chance until the last possible second! I was left untreated with CDiff for a year, lost my job and appt do to lack of testing and communication of Dr Vidas end. I tried multiple times to see her and get help and she and her staff got back to me once! In that meeting I told her every single symptom that I had and they were all CDiff related and no tests were made! I went from 160IBS to 98IBS due to this!
