Dr Vidas staff does not reply to you and leaves everything up to chance until the last possible second! I was left untreated with CDiff for a year, lost my job and appt do to lack of testing and communication of Dr Vidas end. I tried multiple times to see her and get help and she and her staff got back to me once! In that meeting I told her every single symptom that I had and they were all CDiff related and no tests were made! I went from 160IBS to 98IBS due to this! Dr. Vida is a fantastic doctor. I just sense she really does care for your well being and doesn't prescribe medication just because. She really listens and wants to help you. Her staff is excellent as well and the new office looks great.
She is very kind and very good at addressing concerns. I appreciate that she and her staff try to get me in quickly when the kids are sick.
Doc has looked after my husband and myself for a number of years. We are seniors so we have a few health matters. She is an excellent and thorough physician. Very knowledgeable and kind. Good sense of humour :) I really like her two staff members as well. Her new office space is lovely.
