They assisted my finance very poorly on phone and at the Dr appointment to they didn't know what There doing and pull wrong chart out and didn't even know what he There for. They don't even subscribe you nothing to accure your situation you have. Talk very rude. Don't even want to assist you as patient There very rude racist and don't know how do There job. I prefer you to go to wisconsin or rockford hospital and doctors.
I always have efficient and pleasant experiences when I see my doctors, regardless of which clinic I’m at.
I'm very disappointed in the nurse for doctor Laurie. I have tried 6 different ways of explaining to her what my symptoms were and what was happening to me. I found out that she wasn't listening to me and the message she sent to doctor Laurie was inaccurate. This nurse calls me later to tell me that she is canceling my appointment with him and that I need to find another doctor.
