Very slow process. Not sure why it take 4-6hours to get back into an er room. See people leaving. Yet nobody gets called back. Entirety unacceptable
I went to the ER April 9, 2026, with an irregular heart rate. After being seen I was put in room #1 then another room until room was ready on the Cardiac floor. Long story short I had pacemaker put in by Dr Prasad Kilaru MD on April 13, 2026 after being diagnosed with bradycardia, Type-2 Heart Block. James Murtagh is the absolute worst!!! I was sent by my headaches doctor for unusual and sudden fainting spells along with bright neon yellow drainage from my nose. I never EVER once complained of a headache. After not even evaluating me or hearing my history, he told me he would get things going. The nurse came back with discharge papers and a medication. I asked what it was for and he said "for a headache". First of all if my HEADACHE doctor cant diagnose a headache when he sees one, he shouldn't be in practice but Second ... read more

Horrible, my partner came in throwing up, sweating, had the chills, could barely walk at around 10 PM. It’s been 4 hours and no one has done anything. She’s still throwing up and has been in and out of it, I pray that when I take her home nothing went underlooked. If anyone from that place of business is reading this, if something happens to my lover. I will be seeing you guys in court. That’s a Promise
