After a routine blood test during my annual physical, I paid the usual copay, fully covered by my insurance. Nine months later, I get an unexplained bill for $21. This seems like a tactic to overcharge many patients. I recommend finding a more honest practice.
The best doctors and the best staff. They take very good care of their patients.
CT scan tech was awful. Rushed us so much and my poor mom needed more time to get in and out the table. :( She just wanted to clock out for the day.
I would put 0 stars if I could, this is a SCAM, DO NOT RECOMMEND ! 1) You do not see a "real" doctors but a Nurse practitioner, I would not mind that much if it wasn't for the price 2) I asked before going to my appointment and they can't provide you an estimate ! (My dentist does, why not them ??) 3) They charge 500$ for new patients to ask few questions for 5 min and request a blood test (Blood test not included) 4) They do not provide you a heads up that these "extra" services are additional charges (500$ extra for 175$ v... read more
If I could give a zero I would. Because it took me two extra minutes to figure out where to go in their building, I was 7 minutes late total, took five minutes because I was stuck at a light on Narcoossee with a broken down car in front of me, 2 minutes past the “grace” period of 5 minutes. Brand new patient to the practice. What a joke. Told me to my face they would have taken me immediately if I was there right on time. I’m sure they do. Just like every other doctor.
