Very helpful, polite and friendly staff. Relaxed atmosphere in the shop, not rushed into purchase even thought the shop was really busy.

I had my ears peirced by Ellie she was fantastic, very professional and put me at ease with how confident she was throughout. I had 4 pericings done in the sitting and she made it all so enjoyable. Her work was perfect and my ears look exactly how I wanted them
