Windows have terrible wound insulation. Set up takes months to complete. Stay away.
Wish I could have left zero stars.found these people through sams club and got my front door installed by them horrible job it rains outside and the water is coming in through the door I keep calling and the same lady answers even when I call different area code numbers they say there sending someone out and the people never showed up just terrible paid 8k for this door and can’t get ahold of anyone to come correct the bad job they did
Vendors are constantly blocking and obstructioning traffic flow thru the parking lot, and parking behind vehicles for hours. Warehouse guy could care less. It's called a schedule. Make one.
I can’t say enough good about this company. We had 8 impact windows and 2 impact sliders installed and the crew was fantastic. They got everything done in a day. They were friendly, professional, knowledgeable and meticulous. Marvin the manager, was fantastic and answered all questions. He was very patient and polite. The crew, Monty, Vicente, Ernesto and Jose worked 10 hours none stop except to eat the pizza we brought them. They were fabulous about keeping everything clean, very polite and professional.
