A year and a half later with an incomplete project and getting the run-around!!!! So let me start from the beginning and set the scene.... I had originally had planned to get my kitchen refaced. March of 2024: Todd came to measure the cabinets, however, we had changed our minds to get our old windows replaced instead. We contacted Mike Post who was our Sales Rep (great guy) and he changed our contract right away and it came out to a little cheaper, but really the same price as our kitchen would've been. Mike Post is one of the BEST sales representatives that we have ever experienced. He was not pushy. He presented ALL aspects and details of the project. We were allowed to make our own decisions based on his recommendation, and his professional opinion. He made us well aware of the extended lifetime warranty for product and labor which helped us make our decision. Without MICHAEL Post being here and explaining all realms of the project, I would’ve not made a decision to sign tonight.
Mike Post, our salesperson, gave my wife & I a very thorough & professional presentation on the window products sold by FHIA. We enjoyed his company - he feels like family to us now. We decided to purchase the windows after asking questions & Mike explained the products. Looking forward to our new windows!
Scheduled with FHIA at the Jax Home and Patio on Saturday and met with Mike Post on Monday who gave great information and a great price for Windows. We had used FHIA previously for a new roof and had a great experience.
Ours sales consultant, Mike Post, was amazing from start to finish. He is very personable, knowledgeable and transparent about the product, services, and company. We greatly appreciated the quality of the product and the information provided about the warranties. It was truly refreshing to have a company have such high standards for their employees, and stand by their product / quality of services being rendered. We really look forward to having our window replacement with FHIA!
