Amazing customer service! Very responsive to calls and text. Works great even under short notice with tight time constraints. I called Oscar on a Monday to schedule a roof inspection and he drove across town and showed up within an hour! We walked my roof together and he explained the process and the repairs needed in-depth. He filed the claim for me and the adjuster came out 2 days later on Wednesday.
