Rico and his team did a great job—professional, knowledgeable, friendly, and highly communicative throughout the process. They worked quickly and delivered quality results, and I truly appreciated the expertise they brought to the project. I’m giving 4 stars instead of 5 only because of a company he recommended for follow-up work, which unfortunately did not follow through, communicate well, or ever finish the job. My wife and I were in a tough situation; new baby a month away, and our old contractor for our ADU walked off the job with lots of our funds. Rico and Luis were so prompt, helpful, empathetic and professional. In the end, we ended up working with a different general contractor through a personal connection, but Rico's willingness to chat, give advice and come right over to try and help will stay with us.
