Booked an appointment through Zocdoc for a telehealth. First they bumped my appointment without asking me, which was fine I didn't mind. Luckily I didn't have prior commitments. Then, they call me twice prior to the appointment making sure i would be in the telehealth appointment. I proceed to wait 20 minutes fpr the doctor to join, and instead of them calling me asking me to wait, they avoid my phone calls for 20 minutes straight. My terrible experience at this facility has left me no choice but to chalk it up as blatant RACISM. Because there is absolutely NO understandable reasoning behind what they’ve been doing to me. I made an appointment for a physical and blood work. I alerted them that this was for a job and that I needed the results to be faxed. They assured me that the fax will be sent and that I need to pay $15 for the form. Great. I paid for it. No issues. Fast forward to 3 weeks later. My job has STILL not received my physical.
