Faisal Hamid has ZERO time management. Going in office there's maybe 1 other patient waiting, 1 patient leaving when I get there and I still end up waiting 45 minutes. telehealth appt? doesn't call unless you call multiple times and end up snapping at his staff. Then his desk staff has the absolute nerve to say "you didn't pick up" as if it's not an hour and a half later, that's 1.5 hours AFTER my appointment time that someone finally calls. I went with my boyfriend for his checkup here and it was the biggest waste of time either of us have ever had at a doctor's office. The doctor was oddly judgemental and blunt, she had no type of bedside manner. She said she prescribed him something, but it never showed up at the pharmacy. We called 5 times over the next two days for them to send the prescription. Each time they said it was sent but it wasn't. Doctor Sir, I did not expect your service to be so bad. Your services are very bad and you are a very careless doctor who does not pay attention to your patients. I had run out of medicine for 10 days and you did not care.
