After my 1 year old son ended up in the hospital with bronchitis, there was a dispute between one of the care providers and Cigna about cost. I would have been stuck paying the difference- over $1500. Ronnie at FH Insurance negotiated with Cigna on my behalf and was able to get our claim resubmitted and Cigna agreed to pay the balance. I was introduced to Kim Williams to help with all my insurance needs for this year 2020. She was amazing!!!! From Day one Kim has been so helpful answering all my questions. Insurance is one of those things that can be awful to get and especially horrendous to deal with. Having bought insurance for my staff for 27 years I can honestly say FH Insurance is great to work with. They have saved us tens of thousands of dollars in insurance costs yet provided our staff with the best medical plan we have had in 27 years. I highly recommend their service and especially appreciate their commitment to us the client.
FH is a great broker that is hands on and willing to help you with any item related to insurance, no matter how small or trivial it may seem. As a small business with no internal benefits experts they are an absolute positive resource for us.
I have really enjoyed with the FH Insurance group, mainly with Ronnie and Gary. They are extremely knowledgeable and responsive and I trust that they have my company in their best interest.
