Extremely unprofessional. Wasted my time on two separate occasions with scheduled appointments. I had a scheduled window between 2-5 pm on two separate days, one for plumbing and the other for electrical. The first day they waited until halfway through my window to contact me to tell me they were not coming. And today I received a call at 230 letting me know the technician was running a little late but would be at my home by 5pm. Prepare to pay top dollar for a rush job. Do your research and find other HVAC, electric, and plumbing companies to work with rather than opting for the largest company that will overcharge you for convenience. Pics will follow soon. My wife and I had our air-conditioning die on us last year during the heat wave and chose F.H. Furr because they could get us a new system much faster than anyone else. This is a terrible company. It's just a large impersonal business that treats you poorly. If you want a Comcast/Verizon-type customer service experience, go here. They changed our time from 1pm to 7pm without telling us, and their plumber made us pay a 200$ consultation cost for an incorrect diagnosis. Maybe you'll get lucky with a good plumber, but why take the risk.
Spoke with Lindsey. They take all Customers information THEN tell them if they have appointment time or not. What a shady and unprofessional business. She took all my info and then tells me that they don’t have any appointments the whole month just for a small service. This company should be shut down for stealing customers data.
Cody quickly identified and resolved our issue while providing the best service possible. We’ve used other trade services (HVAC, Electrical) and have always had the best experience. This was no exception and we’ll be requesting him for any type of future plumbing repairs!
