I've only done two classes so far, each of which was their "Culture Ride" cycling class. Each instructor brought high energy and positivity to their class with fun and intense workouts. It's suitable for beginners and can grow in difficulty to meet your needs. Would recommend! Edit: I have now attended over 100 classes, to include some of their pop-ups. Always worth the visit. Check out their personal training, goal setting, and body scans as well!
I’ve been coming to this spin gym for a while now, and I’m completely hooked! The classes are high-energy, motivating, and always push me to give it my all. I love the variety of challenges, they keep things exciting and help me stay consistent. But the real stars are the instructors: they’re so supportive, fun, and genuinely passionate about what they do. Whether you’re a beginner or a seasoned rider, this place makes you feel welcome and empowered. Highly recommend! Love this gym!
Can I say it enough?! F&H is EMPOWERING. FUN. ENERGETIC. And just all of the wonderful things you look for in a gym. When I first started, I was lost. I had a lot of negativity in my life that I was creating for myself and sometimes even others.
