I’ve been working out at F & H for a year, and it has been incredible. The studio is clean, modern, and well-equipped, with everything you need for a great workout. F&H has completely changed my life!! I know that may sound cliche', but it's 100% Truth. I started going 9 years ago, my health was really not well. Not just my physical health, but also my Mental was suffering. The Culture Ride Spin classes are not only one of the best workouts you can do for your body, they also pick you up mentally and spiritually at times. It’s been awhile but I attended a spin class when they were located in North Pole. I had forgotten one very important item…shoes LOL. Tina was very helpful and went out of her way to locate a pair in the pile of loaners that had accumulated at her gym…but were still in decent shape. I sported them proudly…on top of that being my first time spinning she taught me how to adjust everything. And when spinning started she was tough, but encouraging at the same time.
