We have rented a townhouse from FDG DEVELOPMENT for 2.5 yrs now .. any issue we had was always addressed immediately... love the cul de sac area, very quiet ... beautiful home .. the office staff have always been very friendly and helpful... very happy here and would recommend , for sure 👍

I had a positive experience renting through this company. We rented a townhouse from them for 4 years and only reason we moved was because we purchased a home. They treated me fairly, and as long as I followed my responsibilities as a tenant, I never had any issues. I mainly dealt with Mohammed and Mel, and they were both professional, fair, and easy to communicate with. Worst management Don’t ever rent here They never keep their words.Specially want to mention Melanie and Mohammad for all the hurdles we faced here. We kept mailing them and ended up getting replies sometimes a week after. Move out was very frustrating. Baseless deduction from our deposit.
