Worst management Don’t ever rent here They never keep their words.Specially want to mention Melanie and Mohammad for all the hurdles we faced here. We kept mailing them and ended up getting replies sometimes a week after. Move out was very frustrating. Baseless deduction from our deposit.
My experience living here for the past 2 years was very frustrating mainly because of how poorly the building management handled tenants. Parking was a constant issue. We were told parking depended on the unit, so we even agreed to move units if it meant getting a spot. Initially management said parking would be included, but later they suddenly wanted to charge us $100 for it. services was extremely disappointing. One of the biggest issues was parking. Management claimed parking was assigned by unit, and we were even willing to switch units just to get a parking spot. At first, they told us parking would be free, but later suddenly asked for an extra $100. Worst management to deal with Mohammad and other managers don’t know what they are doing. They will just keep tenants in bad situations every time, no matter what. Parking is always an issue here. They just want to collect rent but no customer services in exchange. Once they’re with your rent they don’t even reply to your email.
