FRAUD ALERT! This agent knows nothing about immigration. she claims to be an Immigration Officer but I highly doubt that considering her lack of knowledge and the way she makes a file. It's so confusing and disorganized that even the simplest cases get refused. We used her services for a case and every time she sent us the 'final' application to be submitted, it had something missing. By far the worst immigration so called consulant ever. They are here just for your money and won't be there to even check the application before submitting. Messed up a very simple straightforward case of mine. They won't reply to emails, calls and texts. Faryal is very rude during her conversations and the assisstant she has in Pakistan, is just like her, who just sends email to you and ask you to talk to Faryal about it. Stay away from them. They'll mess up the simplest of cases. All the important filing and preparation of documents is being handed over to some part timers outside Canada. Their only interest is the hourly or contract amount. They won't care about the documents needed for your application and won't even double check if the application is completed.
