FRAUD ALERT! This agent knows nothing about immigration. she claims to be an Immigration Officer but I highly doubt that considering her lack of knowledge and the way she makes a file. It's so confusing and disorganized that even the simplest cases get refused. We used her services for a case and every time she sent us the 'final' application to be submitted, it had something missing.
