Attorney Frank Podesta did an excellent job working with the government attorneys to negotiate a fair settlement agreement. Frank's expertise in both civil and criminal cases is invaluable. DO NOT HIRE FRANK! He is a crook. He will take your money and will not help you. I gave him thousands (over 50k) and didn’t hear from him months at a time. I had to continuously call and text him. Everything he promised me was ten times worse!!! Save yourself money and get a better attorney that actually helps their clients.

First, Frank is a very personable person. I enjoyed my conversation with him and he may be an outstanding tax attorney. I hired him to write an appeal and represent me for a protective order case after I had represented myself in the original hearing and lost.
