Had somebody come out as we had damp problems. Asked for a report on a fix and a quotation. Followed up and still never received. Waste of my time and theirs.
Expensive, with numerous delays throughout the project and in the end did not return calls to complete the project. The plastering work was rushed, poorly finished off and the topcoat partially came off when painted. While it appears the rising damp issue has been resolved, I had to engage another contractor to clean up the incomplete and poor workmanship.

I have used this company several times and they have delivered each time beyond my expectations with care and professionalism.
