I left this office with a migraine and without receiving the service I paid for. I purchased a Groupon that included X-rays, an exam, and a regular cleaning. The office required me to redeem the Groupon as soon as I arrived, before any services were performed. My appointment then started almost an hour late. They completed the X-rays and exam and recommended several thousand dollars in additional dental work. I understand that additional treatment may be necessary, and that is not my complaint.
