Nightmare Management – Just joined this club as a multi-branch member. Very dissatisfied. It's an okay "do-it-yourself" gym, but for the price I'd investigate other options first. Staff haven't a clue re customer service--surly, gossipy, "trainers" point to an instruction manual re use of machines, lack of available staff, knowledge deficits re exercise basics. Add to it unclean lockers, dirty towels UNDER THE COMPUTERS, wet/dirty towels in the showers at all of the clubs I've visited and you get the picture. Has made for a ... read more
