Awesome gym and social environment!
Best fitness classes with super energized instructors! Clean locker rooms. Friendly staff. Classes on the rooftop with breathtaking views. FFC has everything: pool, basketball, pickleball, sauna, steam room, beautiful rooftop, cafe.. Management (Larry, Laura, Jessica, Daniel….) make this the best club in Chicago!!!
I have been coming to this location for a long time now, and nothing really prompted me to make a review until now because of Anna at the front desk. I have always enjoyed the welcome ins from the front desk but Anna makes it extra special for us regulars. She takes the time when it is not rush hours to ask how our week has been, plans for the weekend and remembers things since we last chatted. Gym seemed really nice. I was here because FFC’s website said they offered a free trial. Rating this gym low because of the lack of transparency about free trials and day passes. I’m here July 4th weekend and they said I couldn’t do the day pass because it doesn’t exist at this specific location. The website also notes one and three day trial passes. This is confusing because the trial policy is per location, not the company. So when I got here I found out I couldn’t go despite misleading information. Day passes go for 50$. ... read more
