Great customer service at the University Health Green Campus is excellent, no complaints, they help me to understand all the paper work I have to sign, also with all the documents I have to bring, definitely I feel satisfied the way the entire team of the facts clinic help me, specifically Mrs. Brianna, Mrs. Roxanne, Mrs. Monica and Mrs. Melissa, thank you for an amazing opportunity to be your patient.
The staff are very friendly and very helpful. I give the office staff two thumbs up.
My mother had a scheduled 1130 appointment in radiology. She texted me at 1252 to tell me she was still waiting to be called back. Not that she was done! Why make an appointment? She could have been a walk in patient for this prompt service.
My appt was rescheduled without being asked if I was ok with date and time it was left to me in a voicemail so after waiting 20 mins on hold on the side of the hwy because I am a driver for a living I can't be on my phone or headset.. I was greeted by a girl named MIRACLE.. very very rude everytime I tried 2 speak I was rudely over spoken and asked her 3 times mame can I speak after 3rd time she rudely told me I was speaking wow...
