I was desperate. My tire had air pressure of 17. I had obviously run over something (a screw) and needed immediate help. F & F was booked, but made the time to fix the tire. I'm incredibly grateful.
Accommodated my schedule and fit me right in, amazing customer service, did a great job on the car, and decent price! I definitely recommend. A++++++++
I called last week and was told to bring my car in Tuesday at 8a. When I got there the guy behind the counter wouldn't even greet me so I didn't speak until he said something. Such a bad attitude. He said that there was nothing on the books about me bringing in my car. And then told me there was no one to look at my car because their tech quit. No apology. But I could call back in a week or so to see if they hired a new tech. I will never go back there and will tell people not to go there.
