Diego was very helpful, got me back on the road quickly after replacing my busted wheel studs.
Driving back from Chicago on New Year’s Eve day, my tire pressure light turned on. When we stopped for lunch, the rear drivers side tire was deflated. We called F&F, and they immediately took us for an appointment. Diego and Ricky’s advice seemed genuine, and not like they were trying to get us to spend more money. The suspension on my car failed 3 days before Christmas, on a Sunday. Monday morning, desperate, I limped my car into the nearest repair shop. Diego was very understanding and promised that his technician would be able look at it within two hours. Sure, enough, within that time, Diego called with the diagnosis. They did not have a part needed to repair the problem, but he assured me it could be ordered and delivered the following day.
