Not to be trusted. The manager was deceptive and lied. Very stressful and time consuming dealing with them. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.
TERRIBLE – Worst service ever! I had to wait 45 minutes for them to get my car in the shop. They weren't even busy!! One guys wasn't doing anything but smoking cigarettes. After I finally got my oil change done and I left, I got home and checked the oil and it was a quart low, checked the tires and they were all at different pressures. Two Strikes, You're Out – After going there twice, and having them screw up both times, I can honestly say they are a joke. I wouldn't let them work on a lawnmower let alone my car ever again. And when they offer you a free oil change to make up for their mistakes, RUN. The damage they will do to your car will cost more than an oil change would.
F&F Tire World at 410 N. Calhoun Road – My car was parked for two weeks in June 2009 at my brother's house in Brookfield with the Emergency brake on--big mistake. When I retrieved it the brakes were permanently locked and I had to have it flat trucked for repair, so I sent it to nearby F & F Tire World across from Brookfield Square. The cable had to be cut at both rear wheels as the cable was frozen from the emergency brake lever all the way back to the rear brakes.
