Avoid this company – very disappointing experience - wrong report We trusted their report for our property before purchase, but they missed an active termite infestation that should have been obvious. A licensed pest control company later confirmed the damage had been there for over a year. We had to pay for urgent termite treatment. When we contacted the inspection company and asked for compensation, they ignored us. Don't trust their inspections – it cost us a lot.
This was the worst possible experience. Their report included misleading information, and the person who provided it was rude and completely irresponsible
