Omg I love this place! The people on the phone were very helpful when I first got the unit. Even after I needed to change units they were able to understand because I was able to speak to the same customer service rep. The security is phenomenal there too! The gate always works and tons of cameras
The two people that I dealt with first Tina the manager of the Selma Texas unit and then later Ellen at the home office in Dallas-Fort Worth we're both very helpful and very professional they both represent the company very well.
Super friendly service. You typically don’t associate friendly, good customer service with storage locations, but that’s what you get here! Family owned and operated. Was on a wait list, and they called me, were super helpful, and I jumped at the chance to relocate my travel trailer. Great facilites.
