I go at night when there are very few people. Nice, clean, good equipment. Always a good place to workout. Even when there is people there. Everyone is friendly and the new owners are fantastic

This place is great! Whether you're into resistance training, cardio, plyometrics, FRF has everything you need for an amesome workout. The 24/7 access is a game-changer. It's what Benton, Cuba City, Hazel Green and the surrounding areas needed! The new owners are absolutely great people too, which is a nice bonus! If you're thinking about joining, do it!
