Worst experience EVER. They have had my car for 5 weeks now! They dont call and update you, they dont care! I would not recommend their service AT ALL!!

huge thanks to these guys! they went the extra mile for me. when my car broke down upon arriving in richmond, i had it towed there after-hours, upon the recomendation of my local friend. the first day they had it, they diagnosed it and gave me a reasonable quote, and then had it fixed the next day. great work- and all this 'on the fly' while they were very busy the week before christmas. so nice to know i have a place in rva i can count on for quality and timely work when an emergencey situation occurs.
Best place in Richmond. I’ve been taking my rides there since 2009. Everyone who works there is great! They are trustworthy and always deliver the best service. I recommend Fettys to all friends/fam.
