It started out good then spiraled down quickly. Lack of management and training ended up being the customers problem. Will not recommend or be back. No stars.

I do very much so enjoy Fetterman's, so that's why I am rating a 3... but, today I had placed an online order at 12:05 and to be picked up at 12:50, I originally placed it as curbside, so I am assuming this is where the confusion was... but, I arrived about 5 minutes after the stated pick up time, there was no line and it didn't seem too busy, so that's why I just went inside to pick it up.
